All Little Wild One decor & keepsake pieces are handmade to order. They will be crafted within a week before making their way to you. If you need your order quickly, please contact us and we will do our best to get it done as soon as possible. Please note that orders will never be put in front of others that were made beforehand, so this is not a guarantee.

If you have purchased your order as a gift that is being sent directly to the recipient and you would like a personalised gift tag, please leave the recipients name and a small message in the Notes section during checkout.

The Little Wild One decor pieces (including the animal faces & rainbows) are NOT suitable for play. They are for decoration purposes only and should be hung where little hands cannot reach them. They are made with small pieces that would be considered a choking hazard if they were to be pulled off.

Handmade orders: We hope that you love your Little Wild One purchase. As the Little Wild One pieces are made to order, they cannot be exchanged or refunded. Though if there is an issue with your product by the time it has reached you, please reach out straight away!

Other products (Wooden Milestones, Reusable Milestones): An exchange for change of mind will be offered within a week of your purchase - this does not include items on sale. The product must be in it's original packaging and must not have been used. It will be the customer's responsibility to cover any costs associated with returning the item.

All Little Wild One orders will be shipped when they have been made - within 3 to 7 business days. With the exception of our Nursery Cot Mobiles, which have a 2 week processing time. In stock products will be packed and shipped within 3 business days. If you have purchased a mix of made to order and in stock products, they will all be shipped together.

Ofcourse you can! We are very happy to be offering our International Customers to shop directly on our website. The processing times will remain the same for international orders. Please note, the purchase price of our products, does not include any international tax. Therefore you take responsibility for covering the cost of any tax applicable in your country upon receiving your order.
